Due to 1- the worsening weather situation and safety concerns
2- the fact that we have no water in the school for toilets etc
we have no option but to close the school tomorrow and Thurs 21st/22nd
December.
Beimid arais ar an Luan 10ú Eanair.

The school will be opened tomorrow Tuesday 21st Dec.
Parents should decide for themselves as to the safety issues regarding travelling to/ from school.

Brave Billy Bunny

At the edge of Frog Pond Wood lived a friendly little bunny called Billy and his little brother Bobby.
Now the one thing Billy really really hated was getting wet. So one sunny day , when the other buinnies and Bobby hopped off to the stream to play, Billy ran through the wood instead , leaping over logs and weaving in and out of the trees. He was very fast. Suddenly , he heard someone calling his name. It was Bouncer Bunny. " Billy, Come quickly!" he cried. " Bobby's fallen into the deep water and is being washed away". Billy reached the stream and he could see Bobby in the distance being washed away downstream.
"help" cried Bobby. "I can't swim". Then Billy began to run and he then jumped into the water and swam up to his brother..
Coughing and spluttering he dragged Bobby to the side.
"Billy" cried the others, "You're a hero"
"A wet hero " said Billy grinning. "Getting wet wasn't so bad after all. I'm going
for another swim - in the shallow pond".
